I chose to photograph the JV basketball team.  The second picture expresses the serious moment before the game began and shows the importance of what the coach is saying.  I decided to photograph the group at there first game because it allowed me to capture the players in their natural environment.  In addition to this they were unaware of the fact that I was taking the pictures, making the photographs more interesting.  I used the stage setting on my camera because of the low lighting in the gym, allowing the pictures to be as clear as possible.
